COLIN Graves has been nominated for the role of the ECB's next chairman.
The Yorkshire chairman officially put himself forward for the role at a board strategy meeting today, receiving support from county representatives present.
Current chairman Giles Clarke announced he will be completing his term of office in May, and he is set to take on a newly created role of ECB president.
Nominations for the chairman's role are open through to the end of the month.
If Graves is elected, Yorkshire will need to appoint a new chairman.
