CLECKHEATON face a tricky away tie against National Village champions Woodhouse Grange in the first round of the Black Sheep Yorkshire Champions' Trophy.
The York Senior League champions beat Cleckheaton's JCT600 Bradford League rivals Woodlands in the semi-finals of the 2013 competition before losing to Hoylandswaine in the final at Wrenthorpe.
Whoever wins the first-round tie will be at home in the semi-finals to the winners of the clash between holders Elsecar of the South Yorkshire League and Central Yorkshire League champions Methley.
Aire-Wharfe League champions Otley entertain South Yorkshire League winners Treeton, while Yorkshire Academy – who are competing in the competition for the first time after winning the Yorkshire League – are at Huddersfield League champions Hoylandswaine.
First-round draw: Hoylandswaine v Yorkshire Academy, Elsecar v Methley, Otley v Treeton, Woodhouse Grange v Cleckheaton. Ties to be played on or before Sunday, May 24. Semi-finals: Otley or Treeton v Hoylandswaine or Yorkshire Academy, Woodhouse Grange or Cleckheaton v Elsecar or Methley. Ties to be played on or before Sunday, July 26. Final: Sunday, August 23 (reserve date Sunday, September 13).
