WIBSEY Park Chapel are on track with their move to former JCT600 Bradford League club Great Horton, who will play in the Foster's Halifax League next season as Great Horton Park Chapel.
Former Wibsey captain Matthew Jordan, who is helping with the switch to Ewart Street, said a groundsman had been appointed.
He added that improvements to the changing rooms will be completed in time for the 2015 season, and it was also hoped that work on the ground would be done ahead of the schedule requested by Halifax League bosses.
"Everything is good and the members of the two clubs are interacting well," Jordan said.
Great Horton, founder members of the Bradford League and hugely successful in the early 1900s, resigned from the league at last month's annual meeting.
None of their first-teamers are expected to turn out for the the new side but Jordan thought some of the club's older players might turn out for the seconds.
