Interlink maintained their one-point lead at the top of Bradford Mutual Sunday School League Group A after they defeated Yorkshire LPS by two wickets in a low-scoring match.

Mohammed Pandor took 5-35 as LPS were all out for 91.

Girlington are second after their four-wicket win over Great Horton Church. Saim Butt scored 58 not out as Church made 210-9 but an unbeaten 92 for Haroon Rashid saw Girlington home despite Hans Rhandhawa taking 4-58.

Salem Athletic are in third place following a losing draw at home to Bradford Moor. Mohammed Khadeer notched 43 in Bradford Moor’s 235-8 and then took 4-41 but Salem held out at 197-9 (Mohammed Siraj 49).

Apperley Bridge enjoyed a ten-wicket win over previously unbeaten Bradford Gymkhana, Irfan Afzal claiming 4-6 as Gymkhana were all out for 127 (Shezad Khalid 48). Bridge romped home thanks to an opening partnership of 129 by Sher Khan (78no) and Mohammed Tayyab (41no).

Sohail Butt scored 45 as Heaton defeated Cambing by six wickets.

Omars lead Group B by five points after seeing off Greenfield by 32 runs. Mohammed Kamran took 6-25 as Omars were dismissed for 122 but the total proved enough as Greenfield replied with 90 all out (Adeel Ahmed 44, Rizwan Ali 5-20).

Salem Athletic’s Mohammed Owais (123no) and Abid Ur Rehman (75) shared a stand of 164 as their side made 250-4 against Allerton, who replied with 104 all out (Masood Zaman 42no).

Awais Anwar took 5-87 for VVS Laxman as they dismissed Bradford Gymkhana for 87 in a three-wicket win.

Bowling Baptist made 152 at home to Girlington, Azad Hussain top-scoring with 49 not out, before the visitors were skittled for just 69 (Ghazanfar Bashir 4-4).

Great Horton Church scored 185-7 (Shokat Ali 40) at home to Hallfield, who fell just short on 167 all out (Alyas Rashid 56) in reply as Usman Mahroof claimed 5-38.

Cross Roads & Daisy Hill, West Bowling and Yorkshire Friends are all on 60 points at the top of Group C.

Alex Wood took 5-17 for Daisy as hosts Great Horton Meths were all out for 61. In reply Daisy were 55 without loss before a collapse saw them win by four wickets, Graeme Crabtree scoring 40.

Chris Carter (103no) and Joe A’Hearne shared a stand of 130 for West Bowling in their 189-3 against Muff Field, who were all out for 102 in reply, Anjum Munir taking 5-25 for Bowling.

Yorkshire Friends made 158 all out at Mayfield (Ali Asgar 4-32), who replied with 53 all out as Iftikhar Ahmed took 5-9.

Mandhata could have made it a four-way tie at the top but they were held to a draw by Hallfield. Kamran Dorka scored 85 in Mandhata’s 204-9. Moazzam Choudory was the pick of the Hallfield bowlers with 4- 42. Hallfield held out at 156-8, with Ebrahim Mutvalli scoring 45.

In a close match which went down to the final over, Parkside defeated Yorkshire LPS by five wickets.

In Group D, TABS lead the way after their ten wicket win over Mayfield. Paul Cuthbertson scored 60 out of Mayfield’s 119-7 but 80no from Mohammed Awarish saw Tabs home without loss.

Butterhaw St Pauls are second after their win over Central YMCA. Kieron Bolton scored 45 not out and Brad Harrison 53 as Buttershaw made 179-4. Jake Green then took 4-18 as YMCA were all out for 46.

Omar Latif took 4-22 for Cambing as they dismissed Great Horton Meths for 61 and passed their score for the loss of five wickets.

Bradford Indians gained their first win of the season as they defeated Muff Field by six wickets. Shair Ahmed took 4-16 as Muff Field were all out for 71. Mohammed Bismillah took all four Indians wickets to fall as they passed the score.
