Play was possible in only two of the scheduled Craven League matches at the weekend after heavy rain on Friday and Saturday morning left lakes on grounds.
Hepworth & Idle entertained Oakworth II in Division Two and looked to be on their way to a first win before conditions halted play after only two balls of the second innings.
Oakworth were all out for 84 as Tim Shackleton (5-15) and Dave Matthews (3-35) cleaned up.
Cononley took first knock at Haworth Road II in Division Three and rattled up 226-4 courtesy of Andrew Starkey (79no), Herbie Starkey (50) and Michael Beer (40). The home side were 9-0 at the conclusion.
Only one Cowling Cup first-round tie could be played on Sunday as Craven League grounds were still unfit following the previous day’s wash-outs.
Gargrave II were at home to Haworth Road II and struggled to contain the visitors as they amassed 179-9, with Rob Greenwood finishing unbeaten on 56.
Only one player then reached double figures as the home side struggled to 79 in reply, 17-year-old Joe Metcalfe hitting three sixes and four fours in his innings of 54.
