Bradford League umpire David Ratcliffe is running the Dales Council League Umpires' Association course
The Dales Council Umpires’ Association are holding an umpires’ course at Pudsey Congs Cricket Club on seven successive Thursdays, starting this week (7.15pm).
The cost is only £1.50 per session and the course, which is run by David Ratcliffe, is suitable for established umpires and new starters.
