The Bradford Evening League is holding a meeting for all clubs on Wednesday, November 27 at East Bierley CC (7.30pm start).
Any clubs wishing to join the league need to contact the secretary on 07866-052666 before this date.
Apperley Bridge, Azad, Bolton Villas and Haworth Road have resigned from the competition.
