Dales Council League Division A leaders Pudsey Congs stole a march on their nearest rivals after clinching a one-wicket win over visitors Halifax Direct.
Their match was one of just two games to survive the poor weather last Saturday.
Batting first, Halifax were dismissed for just 81 but Congs were made to struggle, scoring 82-9 to succeed by the closest of margins.
That enabled the Pudsey side to increase their lead at the top to an impressive 24 points.
The only other fixture to escape the weather was also in Division A at Saltaire, where home side Shipley Providence entertained Farnley Hill.
The visitors batted first and were bowled out for 110, with Gethin Clarke continuing his fine form. This time it was with the bat as he made 54 out of the modest total.
In reply Prov also found the conditions difficult and were dismissed for just 80.
Rain ruined much of the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League, with only four matches taking place.
In Group A, Interlink defeated Hallfield by six wickets.
Mohammed Memi took 4-24 as Hallfield were dismissed for 99 before Interlink cruised home.
Apperley Bridge maintained their 100 per cent record in Group B with a 43-run win over Yorkshire LPS.

Akhtar Mahmood had a good day for Bowling Baptists against Mayfield. He scored 55 in Bowling’s 179-6 before taking 6-26 as Mayfield were all out for 52.
All Group C matches were abandoned but one game survived in Group D, where Muff field B defeated Buttershaw St Paul’s by 76 runs.
