Brighouse Town are running a special promotion for Bank Holiday Monday’s home game, with entrance prices slashed.
Spectators at tomorrow's FA Cup derby tie at home to Eccleshill United will be handed a voucher that will get them into the Baris Northern Counties East League Premier Division clash with Bridlington Town for just £3 (£1 concessions).
The offer is also open to all season-ticket holders of Huddersfield Town, Leeds United and Bradford City and anyone who takes along a press cutting from any local paper promoting the offer.
Also any members of Brighouse Old Boys and, the club states in the spirit of sport, all Brid supporters will pay the reduced amount.
On top of that offer, all junior footballers from the area will gain free entrance.
There has also been a job swap behind the scenes with Chris Lister stepping sideways from chairman to chief executive officer while Ray McLaughlin assumes the relinquished title.
McLaughlin said: “Chris runs his own business, and over the last 12 months has not got to as many games or committee meetings as he would have liked.
"I have gradually taken on more of the day-to-day duties so we have just decided to formalise the arrangement.
“Secretary Malcolm Taylor is the first point of contact for all football matters.
"We have a fantastic, hard-working committee and we are a very tight team off the pitch. Hopefully that will give the team on the pitch the best possible chance of being successful.”
