Fans can expect a more colourful atmosphere at Valley Parade tomorrow night.
Friends of Bradford City have produced a retro claret and amber bar scarf to encourage the crowd to show their support against Fleetwood.
Membership co-ordinator Jeremy White said they were following the example of Swindon’s away fans when they celebrated the title at City in May.
He said: “The away end was filled with a mass of red and white scarves. It was an impressive sight and a very effective way of showing the togetherness of their supporters.
“Likewise in the recent European Championships, scarves were in abundance and a real feature of the tournament. We’re looking to turn Valley Parade into a sea of claret and amber.”
Fans will get a scarf free for joining the Friends, whose base is the portable office in the main stand car park adjacent to the fire memorial.
Their scheme has been backed by City boss Phil Parkinson, who has also agreed to join the Friends as a claret member.
