Vision were being held 1-1 at half-time before pulling clear, Lewis Claybourne netting twice, while Ashley Barnes’ hat-trick for Oakwell was backed up by two goals apiece from Luke Newsome, Aidan Bennett and Scott Atkinson.
Third-placed Howden Clough kept in touch by edging out Savile United 3-2 and Marsh remain fourth after a 2-1 win against Norfolk.
Aaron Mitchell scored twice as ALC beat Ravenswharfe 5-1, while Bradford All Stars overcame BD3 United Reserves 3-1.
