A Mark Bett hat-trick was the highlight of PREMIER DIVISION leaders Buttershaw White Star’s 4-1 victory at Dudley Hill Rangers in the Bradford Sunday Alliance League.
Bett opened the scoring with a free-kick from just outside the box before Rangers pulled level with a disputed penalty.
But two more Bett goals, followed by a Glynn Beale strike, ensured White Star moved four points clear at the summit.
Ventus Sports took the lead at Wyke Wanderers and matched their opponents in the first half but the youngsters then ran out of steam and eventually lost 7-1.

DIVISION 3A leaders Buttershaw Rangers were beaten 4-1 by second-placed Swaine Green, who closed the gap to two points.
Goals from James Crowther (2), Dean Beaumont, Sam Greenwood and Aidan Greer lifted Cricketers Arms off the foot of the table as they won a thriller 5-4 at Titans.
Craig Ricketts scored four times for leaders Hare & Hounds in DIVISION 3B to set up an 8-2 victory over Park.
