Liveresdge slumped to a 5-2 defeat at Armthorpe Welfare in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division after being two goals to the good.
Sedge took the lead early through Nathan Cartman and skipper Darryl Leach added a second midway through the first half.
The home side pulled one back just before half-time when James Walker netted and the game turned when Sedge went down to ten men in the 61st minute – Andy Shuttleworth sent off for a second yellow card offence.
Davis Brook, Sam Colbear and Craig Morley all rattled in goals in a ten-minute spell and Henry Sibenge made it a nap hand in the last minute.
