Farsley Celtic's A to Z of the Midlands must already be well thumbed and it will be under scrutiny again tomorrow as the Conference North newcomers head to Nuneaton Borough.

It will be another stern test for Lee Sinnott's men but they have an identical record on their travels as they do at home.

They will also be well-rested after a free midweek, a rare occurrence after ten games since the start of the season.

"It will be an interesting game. Nuneaton have picked up lately," said Sinnott when announcing an unchanged squad from last Saturday's 1-0 home win against Hucknall Town.

"There are a few players with minor knocks but not enough to rule them out of contention. I expect another tough game but we are going into it on the back of three clean sheets which has boosted the confidence of the players.

"The table is very tight. A three-point maximum can move you up a long way but a blank can drop you like a stone.

"The clubs are bunched up at the moment but it will pan out as the season draws on."

Sinnott gave his side a honeymoon period to adapt to life at a higher level after promotion and he is now looking for Celtic to push on.

"The ten games which I told the players was their settling-in period have now gone. We have gained 14 points from those fixtures. It is not a lightning start but it is not a poor one.

"Considering that we have stepped up into a higher league it is a solid if tentative beginning.

"What I want now is for our players to show just how much they have learned over the first quarter of the season."
