Farsley need to put the disappointment of last week’s 5-1 defeat at Tadcaster Albion behind them if they are to lift their second trophy of the season.
Neil Parsley’s men took the Kool Sport Northern Counties East League Premier Division title, and sealed their promotion to the lower tier of the Evo-Stik League set-up, by a wide margin.
They were expected to add a second pot when they faced Tadcaster, who ended fourth in Farsley’s division, in the NCEL President’s Cup last Wednesday.
They were not prepared for the 5-1 reverse that followed, so Parsley has ensured his side are properly prepared for tomorrow’s NCE League Cup final.
Farsley take on Winterton Rangers at Staveley MW’s ground with 3pm kick off as it is a Bank Holiday.
