Having played four fewer games, Littletown are now the main threat to both the top two clubs.
Tyersal Reserves gave themselves a chance of avoiding relegation when they edged out hosts Westbrook YMCA 4-3.
The battle for the two automatic promotion places from Division Two is still wide open, with Storthes Hall Reserves leading the way with a nine-point advantage over nearest challengers Lepton.
Both won on Saturday, with Storthes Hall veteran striker Lloyd Jessett netting a hat-trick in their 5-2 win at Steeton Reserves, while Lepton accounted for Division Two cup final opponents Long Lee 5-1.
Third-placed Campion Reserves kept their eighth consecutive clean sheet in league games with a 1-0 victory at Kirkburton Reserves, thanks to a Lewis Etienne first-half goal.
West Horton, who have an outside chance of being promoted, kept up their bid thanks to a last-minute goal from Hashain Naveed to win 1-0 at Ovenden West Riding.
The Division Three cup final to be held at Littletown on Friday, May 13 will be contested by Albion Sports Reserves – who beat Littletown Reserves 2-1 – and Lower Hopton Reserves – who were 1-0 home winners over Ventus/Yeadon Celtic Reserves.
