Peter Jackson will show more faith in City’s youth – once the spectre of relegation has gone.
Alex Flett and Dominic Rowe are travelling down with the squad to Southend today. With numbers stretched, Jackson also considered taking Adam Robinson.
But he is reluctant to use the rookies while the pressure is still on.
“We’ll have the young players on the fringes and Rowe and Flett will probably be on the bench,” said Jackson.
“Once we’re safe, I’d like to play more of the youngsters in the team.”
