Bradford Park Avenue will make another attempt to stage their Evo-Stik Premier Division home fixture against Northwich Victoria tomorrow night.
The game was scheduled for yesterday but the match referee postponed it late in the day as he felt one of the goalmouths was frozen.
The clubs discussed re-arranging for tomorrow at the time but held back 24 hours to check the weather forecast.
If it goes ahead, it will be the Bradford club’s first home game for 65 days, surpassing their previous record barren home game run by four days.
That was in 1963 when the club was in the old Third Division of the Football League.
It will also be John Deacey’s first home game since he returned as manager following the resignation of Simon Collins on October 30. That was, incidentally, the day of their last home game.
