Bradford Park Avenue’s Evo-Stik League Premier Division home clash with Northwich Victoria scheduled for this afternoon fell victim to a very late postponement.
One area of the Horsfall Stadium pitch failed to satisfy the match referee and he called the game off at 2pm.
The six-yard area in the goalmouth at the Odsal end of the ground was deemed to be frozen.
Avenue had already waited 63 days for a home game due to the weather causing so many problems.
Their wait must now continue, although there are early suggestions that the Northwich match could be rearranged for Wednesday.
