Liversedge 0, Bradford Park Avenue 6
Bradford Park Avenue finally found their scoring boots as they cantered to a comfortable 6-0 victory in tonight’s derby friendly at Liversedge.
The game was over as a contest by half-time as Avenue rattled in four goals before the break.
They broke the deadlock early through Martin Drury and Luke Gibson scored the second.
It was time for the close-season signings after that, with Dave Heagney – a striker captured from Scottish League outfit St Johnstone – adding the third and fourth goals.
Former Bantams duo Kevin Sanasy and David Brown were then on target in the second half.
