Crow Nest Park said hello to their five incoming captains and a fond farewell to two past captains on Saturday.
The new captains made a fine job of hitting off the first tee as they drove into office in the traditional manner.
More than 100 present members then played a nine-hole four-man team texas scramble and new club captain Glyn Owen presented the prizes.
Outgoing captain Martin Broadbent had earlier officiated over the opening of a new water feature and bridge on the seventh hole, created as a mark of rememberance for past rabbit captain Trevor Mitchell, who died on the course last year.
