Bradford Dudley Hill will look back on a 40-38 win at Myton Warriors as the defining moment of their National Conference League campaign if they go on to gain promotion to the flagship Premier Division.
Hill were looking to be on the way to a heavy defeat when they trailed the Hull hosts 34-6 early in the second half.
But they staged a tremendous rally to post a total of seven tries through full back Lewis Evans (2), hooker Nathan Kitson and centre Craig Tyman, while scrum half Danny Thomas also scored a cracking hat-trick. Kitson kicked the all-important six conversions to clinch a narrow win.
