The final of the Bradford Sunday Alliance League Amateur Cup will be between Stanningley Albion of Division 3B and Division 3A side New Inn Celtic.

Celtic drew 2-2 with Ravenscliffe reserves after extra-time before holding their nerve in the penalty shoot-out.

In the second game at Rawdon Meadows, Stanningley played their first semi-final in a momentous week for them.

They were much the better side in a 3-1 victory over previously unbeaten Hockney All Stars.

The match was a bad tempered affair, with both teams finishing with ten men, but Albion were three in front before the Division Four side got a late consolation goal.

Friday evening will see Stanningley play fellow Alliance club Bradford Phoenix in the first semi-final of the West Riding County Tophy at Woodlesford.

In the Premier Division, the top two go marching on.

Leaders Buttershaw White Star found their shooting boots at last and hit eight past Oakenshaw, with both Graham Sides and Jordan Missin scoring hat-tricks. John Selby hit a brace to complete the scoring.

West Bowling also kept a clean sheet when they visited Clayton Orient.

Braces from Damian Melvynn and Chris Wood saw the second-placed team remain snapping at the heels of the champions.

Chris Simpson scored for Silsden when they entertained Ventus Sports but two late goals gave the points to the visitors.

Baildon Trinity’s Lanre Bakare hit the only goal of the match against Relay Recruitment.

Bolton Woods took the lead at Queensbury through Andy Howland but, with the host keeper Mick Naylor in outstanding form, they could not add to the score.

Andy Atkinson, who tormented the visitors with a terrific display, then notched an equaliser.

In Division One, Andy Gallagher and John Penn were on the mark for leaders Westwood Park in a top-of-the-table battle with Prospect Rovers, who drew level with goals from Anthony Hannan and Karl Butler.

Hannan then scored a penalty to win a five-goal thriller.

Seven Stars had a hard-fought victory over Dudley Hill Rangers.

After going behind to an early goal, Ben Cahill hit the equaliser and with ten minutes to go Lee Mathews scored the winner.

Cuedos Rangers missed a chance to close the gap on Westwood when they drew 1-1 with Oakworth Juniors, Mathew Penn scoring.

Thackley Shoulder’s Adam Tomlinson terrorised the Victoria Rangers defence and scored four goals. His pace was too much for a static defence in a one-sided contest in Division 1A.

William Cooke scored his first goal for the hosts in two years.

Jamie Brennan hit a brace in Buttershaw Celtic’s 5-0 thumping of Fiddlers Three.

Division 1B leaders Great Northern came unstuck at Wrose Bull, who had Chris Hawker and Andy King on target.

Ben Collier put Royal FC in front against Junction Thornbury, who equalised through Anthony Brare before Latvinder Singh hit a 25-yard belter into the net to clinch victory.

A second-half Daniel Sharkey hat-trick helped Gaping Goose beat FC George 3-2 to close the gap on the leaders.

At the bottom of the table, Prospect, with the help of two own goals and strikes by Gary Elliott, James Smale and David Wheeler, shared the points in a ten-goal thriller with St George.

In Division 2A, Dale Ramsey’s first-half strike gave Wrose Albion all three points against a battling Allerton B side, while Bradford Phoenix fought back to draw 2-2 with Unity.

Goals from Stuart Matthews and Jack Halliday made it 2-1 before a cruel own goal from centre back Chris Mawson five minutes from the end.

Inter Mill Lane felled Division 2B basement-dwellers Stocks Lane United with a bunch of five, with Neil Shearer hitting a brace.

Other goals came from Luke Wilcocks, Darren Hadley and Robert McFadyen.

Man of the match Danny Walker hit a hat-trick to keep Thornton top of the table as they got the better of Second West 4-3.

Delius FC played out a 3-3 draw with Great Horton Athletic, Jack Beaumont, Andrew Thorpe and an injury-time equaliser from Danny Woods earning them a share of the spoils.

Undercliffe go top of Division 3A following a 4-0 win over Jubo Dhol, with goals from Richard Tempest-Mitchell straight from a corner, Craig Murray, Liam Roper and Nick Scullion.

Dave Priestley hit a hat-trick in Shoulder of Mutton’s 5-1 victory over Cycling AFC in Division 3B.

Aire Athletic beat Three Horses 4-2, with Craig Charlwood firing a brace.

In Division Four, Whitburn held on to top spot with a 2-2 draw against AFC Titans – Waleed and Adil on target.

John Cullen scored a brace as Oddfellows Idle beat Silsden Sunday 5-2 and Craig Airton and Brian Carr were on target in Robin Hood’s 4-3 win over Odsal Rangers.
