Gurdip Bhambra scored four of Bradford’s goals to inspire a comfortable 5-0 win at home to Fairbank in the Spen Valley League Centenary Trophy.
Bhambra opened the scoring after just two minutes and completed his hat-trick before half-time, adding another after the interval as Steven Royston completed the tally.
A remarkable match saw Black Bull finally sink Howden Clough 10-6 after extra time.
Martin Stocks scored four of the goals to be man of the match, backed up by two each from Mark Barrett, Ryan Burton and P Costa. Jamie Clarke scored three and Phil Clarke two for Clough, together with an own goal.
Marsh beat Wellington 6-0, with man of the match Chris Blackburn’s hat-trick supported by Los Balmforth, Scott Newby and Tom Nixon.
Brad Jackson was another hat-trick man as White Rose beat George Healey 6-4. Danny Moffitt (2) and Luke Webster backed him up, while Simon Moore, Jake Spencer, John Brook and Trevor Hinchcliffe replied.
Two Gareth Knight goals set up Sporting Armley’s 5-0 win against Bosnia. Danny Goulden, Anthony Markos and Aaron Dix completed the romp.
Jardys struck twice in five minutes late in the game to end Ravensthorpe Rangers’ challenge 3-0, with Lee Speight, James Wightman and Jordan Ledgard on target.
Black Horse beat Inter Batley 3-0, all the goals coming in the first half from Andy Asquith (2) and a Craig Fisher 30-yarder. Inter keeper Haroon Laher was in great form to prevent double figures.
An own goal set Savile Town on course for a 2-0 win at Quarry, with Aron adding the decisive second.
