Silsden 1, Squires Gate 1
Silsden ended a four-game losing run in the Vodkat League Premier Division by gaining a point against Squires Gate at Cougar Park.
Both goals came in the first half, with Silsden taking an early lead. A ball into the area from Damien Whiteoak was slid in by Danny McNulty in the tenth minute.
Midway through the first half, Pete Hanson was penalised for a foul and Ross McKenna netted the equaliser with a superb shot into the top corner from the resulting free-kick.
The visitors’ Andy Richards hit the bar with a well struck 40-yard effort before half-time but they were reduced to ten men in a forgettable second period.
Zac Thomas was shown a second yellow card for a foul on Cobbydalers defender Michael Rosser.
