Danny Goulden bagged four of Sporting Armley’s goals as they thumped Black Bull 6-1 in Group B of the Spen Valley League’s SONDER CENTENARY CUP.

Karl Smith and James Cowlan completed the scoring for mid-table Sporting, who led 5-0 at the interval.

Black Bull improved in the second half and P Costa scored a consolation but they remain without a point at the foot of the section.

Inter Batley led 1-0 at half-time through M Navarska’s strike but eventually lost 3-1 to Wellington, who had goals by Gavin Foley, Carl McCann and a penalty from man of the match Chris Appleyard to thank for the comeback.

Group A leaders Marsh secured a 2-0 win over Fairbank with goals from Chris Blackburn and Tom Nixon.

Ravensthorpe Rangers remain hot on Marsh’s heels after a matching 2-0 victory over Quarry, with Jav and Fessy their marksmen.

Norfolk were 4-2 winners at White Rose, with Danny Jackson and Sam Pickles outscored by Farouq (2), Y Lunat and Nabeel Abbas.
