The local interest this weekend will be focused on the Kool Sport Northern Counties East League Division One clash at St Giles Road, Hove Edge when Brighouse Town take on Eccleshill United.
Brighouse will be expected to bank a three-point maximum, having established themselves in their second season on the football pyramid, while the Eagles are struggling this term.
Eccleshill were relegated from the Premier Division last season and their tailspin has continued.
They are currently bottom of the lower tier but their hosts are seventh and could climb back to fifth with a win this weekend.
Town boss Mark Brier said: “We need three points from this game to get back up in the frame. To do that we will have to work our backsides off because we know exactly what to expect from Eccy, they are very resilient.
“They have had a couple of fixtures called off recently but they did have a 4-4 draw last time out.
“They were behind three times in that game and only got the final equaliser three minutes from time, which tells you what strength of mentality they have.”
Eagles manager Paul Jenkinson said: “This will be a tough game because they are doing well. Their record against the top sides is very good but they have not been so good against the mid-table and lower clubs.
“That means they are not unbeatable and makes it an interesting derby game but we have players missing. Gavin Bell and Kieran Radcliffe are definitely out and Tom O’Hara is doubtful, all down to work commitments.”
