West Bowling must face National Conference Division One rivals Normanton Knights at home in a Carnegie Challenge Cup preliminary round.
Bowling were given an extra hurdle in tonight's draw and, if they beat the Knights, will then entertain either Wigan St Patricks or Broughton Red Rose in the first round.
Neighbours Dudley Hill, who escaped the preliminary round, host Division One rivals Castleford Panthers in the first round.
