Bradford Dudley Hill and West Bowling will learn their Challenge Cup fates on Tuesday evening.
The two National Conference Division One sides have been placed in Pool A for the preliminary and first-round draws at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Pool A contains the 38 National Conference League clubs, the five regional league winners, the Lancashire and Yorkshire County Cup winners and Broughton Red Rose.
Ten preliminary-round matches will be drawn from Pool A, with 26 clubs receiving a bye to the first round, before three matches are drawn from Pool B, with ten clubs receiving a bye to the first round.
Teams from the RAF, Royal Navy and British Army will also receive byes to the first round.
The first-round draw will then see 18 matches drawn from Pool A and eight from Pool B.
Preliminary-round ties will be played on January 2 and 3, with the first round scheduled to be played on January 23 and 24.
