Black Horse were top scorers in the Spen Valley Trophy with 14 goals against Black Bull, the efforts being equally spread between the stanzas.
Mathew Pickering scored seven, Gary Sheen and Matthew Smith two each and the tally was made up by Dale Pickering, Michael Wilks and Andy Asquith.
White Rose led 3-0 at half-time against Wellington but only won 3-2, Sam Pickles, Ryan Simmonds and Aaron Walton netting for Rose, Mohammed Ibrahim and Farellay Richards replying.
Dewsbury Old Stars had a 7-3 victory over George Healey, for whom Carl McCann, Billy Simpson and Simon Moore netted.
Bradford Arms put up an excellent display against Savile Youth, only losing to a first-half penalty from S Shaikh.
Queensbury finally got back to winning ways, an 8-2 victory over Youth 2000 being their first of the term.
Brad Gilbert scored a hat-trick, Jamie Simpson-Wood adding two goals and Adam Todd, Mathew Todd and Mathew Clough one each. Yusuf Bham and Ashraf Nav replied.
Jardys beat Marsh 6-0, Ricky Lister bagging two goals, Liam Firth smashing home a 30-yard volley, with other goals coming from Johnny Beverley and Dean Foley.
