Farsley Celtic will make a second attempt to visit Blue Square Premier Division leaders Burton Albion tomorrow night after their first-round FA Trophy tie was postponed at the weekend.

The total washout of fixtures involving local sides hit Farsley more than most because it was their fifth call-off on the trot.

The Celts could not have been given a more difficult task in the competition for non-league clubs from the UniBond Division One level and above.

Burton Albion, managed by former England international Nigel Clough, currently head the non-league top tier by five points.

Farsley must go there without midfielder Dominic Krief, whose one-game ban is still hanging over him.

Since more than half of the 32 ties scheduled for Saturday suffered postponements, there were a lot of either/ors in today’s second-round draw.

The winners of Tuesday’s tie will have home advantage against either Woking or Salisbury.
