Fishing was difficult in the last match at Moor Monkton Pools owing to the water being partially frozen.
But A. Broomhead still managed to claim victory with 40lb 13oz.
P. Lofthouse was just behind in second with 36lb 3oz, while J. Brogden came third with 28lb 10oz.
