Bradford (Park Avenue) have announced the exciting loan signing of promising centre-forward Jack Goodman from Doncaster Rovers.

The 19-year-old forward joins the club on a deal that will keep him at the Horsfall Community Stadium until January.

Despite still being a teenager, Goodman has already made 23 first-team appearances for Doncaster, including 14 in League Two.

He has also had loan spells with Stamford, Gainsborough Trinity and Matlock Town, while he spent the early part of this season on loan with Peterborough Sports, who play two divisions above Avenue in National League North.

Goodman will be available for selection immediately, so could make his debut tomorrow afternoon in Avenue’s home game against Dunston in the Northern Premier League East Division.

Avenue say the teenager is is expected to play a vital role in the club’s ambitions through their busy winter period.
