The Bradford Dragons remain without a win in Division One of the National Basketball League this season after suffering a thumping away defeat last Saturday.
They were up against one of the title favourites, Derby Trailblazers, and were spectacularly blown away, losing 99-68.
Bradford were only narrowly behind after the first quarter, but conceded a mammoth 35 points in the second to go into half-time trailing 59-40.
And while the Dragons tightened up a little defensively after the break, they seemed to have left their scoring shots at home, so never came close to threatening a comeback.
Micah Savery-Richards was Bradford’s top scorer, managing 20 points in the game.
After four straight league defeats to start the season, Bradford will be hoping to get off the mark at the fifth time of asking when they host City of Birmingham Rockets.
That game takes place at Calderdale College this evening, with tip-off at 6:15pm.
