IT WAS a familiar tale of woe as City suffered again in north Yorkshire earlier today.

T&A chief sports writer SIMON PARKER was at the Exercise Stadium and provides the match stats and his player ratings.

MAN OF THE MATCH

Andy Cook dragged City back into single-handedly with the goal and remained a nuisance to the Harrogate backline.

Credit also to Jay Benn who looked bright and positive in his first league involvement when he came on for the second half.

MOMENT OF THE MATCH

City were completely under the pump when Cook robbed former Bantams defender Anthony O’Connor and did all the work himself to put away his sixth goal of the season.

MOAN OF THE MATCH

The first 23 minutes were absolutely appalling. City were way off it as Harrogate scored twice, threatened more often and grabbed an immediate stranglehold on proceedings.

TACTICS

Jamie Walker recovered from injury as the only change from the starting line-up that drew with Wimbledon.

Walker came in for Tyreik Wright, who dropped to the bench. Lewis Richards had also recovered from his problem last week to stay in at left back.
