THE latest FCC MMA (Full Contact Contender) event took place last Saturday and local boy, Tom Mullen put on a fine display.
It was the organisation’s 38th nightly show and Bradford’s Mullen secured his 7th professional victory, with an arm triangle in 2:42 of the first round.
His opponent was an established Brazillian prospect, with a 7-4 record and a brown belt in BJJ, but his skills proved to be no match for the Aspire and Strike Kings athlete.
Mullen is now on a three-fight win streak, all of which he has finished by submission and it is now being suggested that the only next step is for the FCC Lightweight Title.
If you're local to Bradford and would like to learn MMA or self-defence skills, you can train with Mullen at Strike Kings.
