Leeds have confirmed the appointment of Daniel Farke as their new manager on a four-year deal.
The 46-year-old takes over from Sam Allardyce, who left the club at the end of last season following their relegation to the Sky Bet Championship.
Leeds needed to beat Tottenham on the final day of the 2022/23 Premier League season to have a chance of staying up, but lost 4-1 at Elland Road, though they would have gone down regardless of their result, after relegation rivals Everton beat Bournemouth 1-0.
Farke previously managed Norwich, where he won two Championship titles with the club.
More recently he managed at FC Krasnodar before taking over at Borussia Monchengladbach last season.
