BOTH Tong Park Esholt and Saltaire made it through to the Waddilove Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, making up for disappointing Aire-Wharfe League Division One defeats the day before.
TPE were hosting Bradford rivals, and Division Two side, Bolton Villas in the last-16.
The underdogs batted first, and a fine 93 from opener Imran Patel paved the way for them to post an imposing 258-9 from their 45 overs.
Neil Cooper took 3-49 to ensure the home side had a reasonable chance of a successful chase.
That was exactly what transpired, though TPE did not have it all their own way.
