DEAN Harrison seems to like third place this week at the Isle of Man TT.
The Bradford ace finished there in Saturday’s Supersport event and Sunday’s Superbike showdown.
Michael Dunlop won those two races, with Hickman pipping Harrison to second in both.
And after a day’s break from racing on Monday, Harrison found his two old foes in the way once again in today’s Superstock race, which was delayed by three hours by low cloud.
The order of the top two was reversed on this occasion, as Hickman stormed to victory in a shade over 51 minutes.
His finishing time of 51:05.245 was comfortably ahead of Dunlop, who crossed the line in 51:28.417.
Bradfordian Harrison was a further 15 seconds back, securing a third third-place finish in a row with his time of 51:43.244.
He was just over 23 seconds clear of Davey Todd in fourth.
Harrison is due back in Supersport action tomorrow, before another day’s break from racing.
He will be taking on the second Superstock event on Friday, before attempting to win the Senior TT race for the second time on Saturday.
