Kian Harratt was the Bantams' sixth summer signing back in June - joining less than a week after scoring at Wembley.
He spent the second half of the last campaign with Port Vale - and netted the opener in their 3-0 win over Mansfield in the play-off final.
Already in such a young career, the striker has been on the books at Barnsley and Leeds United.

He played for Upton United juniors and was at the academies at Barnsley and Leeds United, before signing for Huddersfield Town at under-17 level after catching the eye during a trial.
Harratt scored 32 goals in 47 games for the under-17 and under-19 teams in the 2018–19 season.
He also had a spell at Harrogate Town on a one-month loan starting on 17 January 2020.
Although the loan was extended the 2019–20 season was played with a reduced number of fixtures due to the COVID-19 pandemic in England, and he returned to Harrogate for the play-offs in July.
He was an unused substitute in the play-off final at Wembley Stadium, where Harrogate secured a place in the English Football League with victory over Notts County.
He has also enjoyed a loan spell at Guiseley.
The youngster has struggled for minutes at Bradford City this season.
