YORKSHIRE will face Lancashire this weekend at Edgbaston, with the pair meeting for the first time ever on Vitality Blast Finals Day.
The White Rose were the first team to qualify for the semis, winning at Surrey by one run on Wednesday, after a superb final over by Jordan Thompson saw him conceding just two singles and a bye, when the hosts needed just five to win.
Lancashire joined them there on Friday night, coasting to a seven-wicket victory over Essex.
The other semi-final will take place between Hampshire and Somerset, with the latter hitting a Blast record score of 265-5 on Saturday as they thumped last-eight opponents Derbyshire by 191 runs.
