Liversedge remain unbeaten in 2008 and aim to stretch their run to eight games as the third-placed side travel to Mickleover Sports on Saturday.

Sedge boss Steve Newton will be hoping they can put their recent inconsistency behind them.

They have had three draws in their sequence of unbeaten games and Newton is focusing on a maximum.

"Nicky Boshell is still missing through injury and Chris Woods is not available this weekend but we need to get back to winning ways," said Newton.

It was another stalemate last time out, 1-1 at home to Selby Town, but the boss rated that performance.

"Selby are a good side and it was one of the best games I have seen this season, two sides both going for a win.

"It hurts me to say it but a draw was fair. We have taken four points off Selby now, we beat them at their place, and I have to pleased with that.

"Not a lot of teams will do that this term."
