Harrogate Railway 3, Thackley 1
Thackley missed out on a West Riding County Cup semi-final when they were beaten at Station View tonight by Harrogate Railway, who now meet rivals Harrogate Town.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 11th minute when striker Danny Forrest got up after a foul in the area to net the resultant penalty. They had a chance to extend their lead on the half-hour but minutes later the home side levelled through Carl Fox.
Thackley enjoyed a good start to the second half but Railway were on top by the time Richard Marshall put them ahead in the 84th minute. They completed their win when Byron Littlefair added a third in stoppage time.
