AIREDALE-BORN Yorkshire batsman Harry Brook made history on the sub-continent over the weekend.
The Yorkshire star became the youngest player in Pakistan Super League history hit a century with his blistering 102 not out off 49 balls for the Lahore Qalandars against Islamabad United.
The stunning knock by Brook, who was raised in Burley-in-Wharfedale, on Saturday helped his side into the PSL qualifier against the Multan Sultans, which is taking place tomorrow.
Lahore have made it to final four of the competition along with the Sultans, United, and Peshawar Zalmi.
With Multan and Lahore finishing as the top two after the PSL group stage, the winner of tomorrow's game goes straight into Sunday's final, while the loser will get another chance in an eliminator encounter against the winner of Islamabad and Peshawar's game on Thursday.
In other Yorkshire County Cricket Club news, the club are currently recruiting a high performance coach and a performance pathway operations manager.
