Former Guiseley and Bradford Park Avenue player/coach Richard Chattoe will be alongside Silsden manager Paul Schofield for the first time on Saturday when the Cobbydalers entertain Abbey Hey.
Chattoe has joined the Vodkat League club, with Jimmy Christian stepping down as number two.
"Strength-wise the squad is better because we have three back," said Schofield.
"Their manager left a couple of weeks ago. They are next to bottom so they haven't had the best of times recently. We have to look to make sure they don't begin rebuilding at our expense."
Defender Martin Bland is back from a one-game ban. James Gill and Mark Bentham also return.
