Airienteers had two class winners at the Derwent Valley Orienteering Club event in the Peak District.
These came from Joe Woodley, of Guiseley, running in the M12A class and Gerry Van Hee in the M55S section, both producing outstanding runs.
Many of the club's juniors also had very good runs, including Miles Gilleard (third in M10A), Sam Wood (sixth in M12A), George Stevens (tenth in a large field in M16A), and Cerys Jones (second in W14A).
For the seniors, there were good runs from the ever-consistent Steve Watkins, of Baildon (third in M35L) and Bruce Woodley (fifth in M40S).
Ilkley's veteran internationals Peter Haines and Tony Thornley both showed that they still have it them with excellent runs, finishing third in M50L and ninth in M55L respectively in classes with over 50 runners in each.
Ilkley's Shirley Wood (second in W45S) and Addingham's Hilary Allen (fifth in W60L) were the pick of the club's female finishers.
