FREE agent Chris Taylor has signed a short-term deal with City.
The experienced midfielder, aged 32, who played under Gary Bowyer at both Blackburn and Blackpool, has penned a contract until at least the end of January.
Taylor was with the Bantams in pre-season and featured in a couple of friendlies, including the home clash with Liverpool.
Taylor, who had been set to join Bury in the summer, said: "I am over the moon to be here, it has been a very long time coming.
"I play with my heart on my sleeve and give 110 per-cent each and every time I step on the pitch. I cannot wait to pull on the shirt.
"I have been impressed by the standards in training. The lads are doing really well at the minute.
"I am looking forward to knuckling down and, hopefully, playing a big part in the club having a successful year."
His arrival will give City back up to cover the absence of injured trio Matty Palmer, Jamie Devitt and Jordan Gibson."
