BRADFORD (Park Avenue) concluded their pre-season in winning fashion at home against Manchester County side Nelson.
Bradford went 1-0 behind at the break but rallied to win 3-2, with goals from Kirsty Russell (2) and Ash Butler.
Player of the match Nic Chamberlain led the way in defence in a depleted side which included two trialists.

It was third time lucky for a youthful Phoenix at Leeds City. Despite having a largely second-string team and many players playing out of position, Bradford-based Phoenix raced to a 4-2 lead at half-time before triumphing 5-4 - their first win in three outings.
A dominant Farsley Celtic beat Wakefield Trinity 3-0 in their FA Cup preliminary round clash.
All three goals came in the first half with a brace from captain Rachel White and a Shirley Murphy chip. Celtic now play Thackley at their Citadel home on September 1.
In National League Division One (North), Brighouse Town entertained Chorley. Laura Bartup scored on her debut, followed by a fine finish from Annabelle Cass before Charlotte Proud beat the keeper in the second half to make it 3-0 to the hosts.
Leeds United beat Liverpool Feds 1-0, with a debut goal from Molly Havard.
