SHEFFIELD United have reportedly tabled an improved bid for former City striker Oli McBurnie.
According to BBC Wales, McBurnie's club Swansea are considering an offer which could total up to £20 million.
The Bantams stand to net a hefty seven-figure fee if such a deal was struck as they are understood to have a 15 per cent sell-on clause in relation to the Scottish international.
McBurnie joined the Swans from Valley Parade in a £250,000 switch back in 2015.
The 23-year-old's stock has risen considerably after he scored 24 goals for the Championship outfit last season.
The Blades had a £15m bid turned down two weeks ago but remain keen to do a deal following promotion to the Premier League.
And Swansea are thought to be seriously considering the increased offer as they look to improve their financial situation following relegation from the top flight in 2018.
