AN ice hockey tournament will be held at the Bradford Ice Arena this weekend.
It is being hosted by the newly-formed, community-run recreational ice hockey team, the Bradford Ice Wolves.
The 'Bone Idle Tournament' will bring together six development teams from across the country in the first of what is hoped will become an annual tournament.
Entry is free and there will also be some stalls from businesses and community groups. It will run between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday, June 29, and 5pm and 10.30pm on Sunday, June 30.
As part of the tournament, the team has been working with Bone Idle Brewery, which has agreed to sponsor them and the tournament.
The team has brewed its own beer with Jim Emmett, from the brewery, which will be on sale at the Idle Draper from Friday, June 28 (while stocks last).
A team spokesperson said: "We are always looking for partnerships and sponsors to help out with our costs and keep the sport as cheap as possible for our members."
